Admissions
As a Staffordshire County Council school applications to join our school should be made through the Admissions section of the Staffordshire County Council website.
We would advise any parent / carer who is interested in their child joining the school to first contact the school office and make an appointment to view the school.
Mid Year Admissions
If your child is already of school age and you wish to change schools you will need to complete an In Year Application form which is available by clicking here.
Admission to EYFS / Reception Class - September 2021
The application process for EYFS Reception places for September 2021 opens on 1st November with the closing date being the 15th January 2021.
To apply for school places you need to go to www.staffordshire.gov.uk/admissions
We look forward to welcoming new parents and pupils to Millfield Primary School to begin their educational journey.
After half term in October we will be arranging a series of 'virtual' events for prospective new parents including a virtual tour and an opportunity for virtual meetings with key members of staff.
